Yes, the pilot let me sit in the cockpit and my companion took my picture in Merida, Venezuela. We were on our way to San Antonio, Venezuela for a ten day tour of Colombia. It was either Elder Doug Lloyd or Clay Smith who was also on this trip. At the boarder, we crossed into Cucuta, Colombia. At the time 1970, there were no branches there. Elder Wm Pearson and I were in Cucuta a few months earlier getting VISA documents for Colombia.
